FANUC Robot R-2000iD is a large robot with a wrist cable built into a stylish and compact hollow arm that inherits the high-end technology and high reliability of the R-2000i series.
Compared to conventional models, the robot's installation footprint is reduced by 23%, the weight of the mechanism is reduced by 10%, and the interference radius of the wrist is reduced by 13%, allowing for dense installation layout.
The hollow arm structure and built-in wrist cable allow offline teaching without considering the unpredictable cable status.
A variety of optional configurations, such as the spot welding improved arm, are provided according to the user's use, and can be applied to various production front lines such as spot welding, handling, and assembly.
The robot is controlled by the control unit R-30iB Plus. Energy saving can be achieved through the optional configuration of power regeneration, and the user interface iHMI improves ease of use.
Various functions such as maintenance notification function, learning vibration reduction control function, bulk workpiece removal function, force sensor, etc. can be used.
