High-speed intelligent robot that can be used for other purposes such as workpiece handling on the press line. High-speed handling is achieved by combining a 6-axis robot for handling on the press line and a dedicated 2-axis handling tool Linear Press Tool (LPT). The top of the LPT has a workpiece swing function, which is helpful for improving the freedom of production line and mold design. The maximum handling capacity of the LPT is 130kg, which can cope with the handling of large workpieces. The LPT has two optional strokes, a standard stroke for handling between presses and a short stroke for the front and back processes of stamping. By using the same control, teaching interface and maintenance methods as other FANUC robots, customers who are familiar with FANUC robots can smoothly introduce the robot. Due to the use of an elevated setting, the use of large equipment such as a hoisting frame is avoided.
