The Casting Expert IRB 4400 has an IP67 protection level and is resistant to high-pressure steam cleaning, making it an ideal choice for harsh production environments.

The IRB 4400 is sturdy and durable with long intervals between routine maintenance. The robot uses a well-balanced double-bearing articulated steel arm, a torsion brace on the second axis, and is equipped with a maintenance-free gearbox and cable, achieving extremely high reliability. To ensure economical operation, the IRB 4400 transmission system adopts an optimized design to achieve both low power consumption and high torque.
