Standard Seventh Axis RTUA-#
Model: RTUA-#
Brand: Other
The standard seventh axis is driven by a servo motor and is transmitted through precision reducers, gears, and racks. It has stable motion and high repeatability, and is perfectly suitable for automated factory environments such as spot welding, machining, logistics, and palletizing.
The maximum load capacity of the equipment can reach 15,000 kg, the maximum speed can reach 3 m/s, and the number of carriers can be configured as needed. The product has a wealth of optional components and can be customized according to your needs, including motors, rails, racks, drag chains, etc.; according to needs, you can choose to place the drag chain sideways or in the middle.
The standard LM linear rail is used as a guide system, which has extremely high rigidity and precision, strong equipment load capacity, and long life; roller sets can also be selected as guide systems, which are highly insensitive to impurities such as welding slag and chips in the environment. Even if there is a slight error in the installation, the large-diameter roller selected can still run easily and has good passability; it is suitable for KUKA, Yaskawa, Fanuc, and ABB robots.
The equipment adopts a segmented module design, which can be easily assembled and spliced. It can easily meet the length requirements within 100m, and longer equipment requirements can also be customized.
