●Heavy load specifications
Achieves a transportable weight of 300kg and a moment of 540kgf･m (Tx.Ty), and the electrical signal contacts of the positioning mechanism and the main body are sealed to prevent dust from entering.
●Self-sealing air pressure holes
Eight of the 10 common air pressure holes on the main main plate are self-sealing, and the air pressure can be automatically shut off when separated. The remaining two are used for vacuum or air blowing when clamping workpieces.
●Contactless suction method + built-in proximity sensor
During assembly work, the main plate and the tool plate will not come into contact, and this suction method ignores eccentricity. In addition, the proximity sensor can confirm whether the 2.5mm tool plate is in the working position.
●Mechanical fail-safe device
The company's unique disassembly and assembly mechanism uses a mechanical fail-safe mechanism, so that the main plate and the tool plate will not separate even if the assembly air pressure is stopped.
