Efficient low-vacuum and high-vacuum technology
The xFUME® fume extraction units use low-vacuum or high-vacuum technology. Depending on the model, fumes and other fine particles released during welding are captured directly at the source with a vacuum pressure of up to 26,000 Pa and purified in special filters.
Compact, robust and mobile
The compact and robust xFUME® fume extraction system is ideally suited for industrial applications. Equipped with castors as standard, it can be easily pushed to the location where the fume extraction is required. This is much more efficient than stationary or central fume extraction systems.

The perfect blank complement to the xFUME® ADVANCED fume extraction system is the new RAB GRIP HE 2 fume extraction welding gun from ABICOR BINZEL. Together, these perfectly adapted systems set new standards in fume extraction.
The new RAB GRIP HE welding gun captures the generated fumes at the source: directly at the nozzle. To prevent the fume extractor nozzle from obstructing accessibility to components and to allow a clear view of the arc, the RAB GRIP HE 2 captures the fumes approximately 45 mm downstream of the nozzle.
Thanks to the new conical nozzle, the new cable assembly, the fume extraction tube and the optimized machine connection, the RAB GRIP HE 2 optimally captures the welding fumes even in difficult working positions.
For example, the fume extraction efficiency in the flat welding position is more than 95 %, which puts the system at the top of the product range of fume extraction welding guns.
The system solution with xFUME® ADVANCED and the RAB GRIP HE 2 fume extraction welding torch combines effective health protection with optimal working conditions and is perfectly suited for demanding industrial applications.
